How It All Began

It all began in the back of a van—an inauspicious start, you might say, except that van was on a leisurely journey around the back roads of Italy. How could we not fall in love with the amazing tradition of service and quality surrounding the most humble items of food that characterises daily life in the Mediterranean?

We brought back to Lincoln the dream of developing long-lasting relationships with cafés, restaurants, retailers and supermarkets throughout the South Island who shared our passion for excellence and love for Mediterranean food traditions.
